About Henderson

Amy Henderson is a research associate at Diversity Science partnering with organizations to implement evidence-based practices to create diverse, equitable, and inclusive environments. Prior to that, Amy spent eight years engaged in student-focused intervention research at Stanford University as a part of the College Transition Collaborative. Her research has focused on evaluating large-scale interventions focused on fostering students’ feelings of belonging and well-being in higher education. She has supported a randomized controlled trial of a social belonging intervention across 23 different institutions and managed a randomized controlled trial evaluating psychologically attuned probation notification letters across multiple institutions.
