James Graham is an academic professional coordinating partnership between students, faculty, staff, and administration to provide peer-led learning support to undergraduates enrolled in high fail rate courses at California State University, San Bernardino. In collaboration with multiple university divisions, Mr. Graham has used assessment-informed initiatives to expand Supplemental Instruction support from four to nearly forty CSUSB courses over the past three years. He has been a guest presenter on cross-divisional collaboration, data-driven programming, and inter-system partnership at various events including the WASC Academic Resource Conference, IE-SI Regional Conference, CSU-SI Symposium, CSU GI-2025 Informed Decision Making Conference, and the International Conference on Supplemental Instruction. Prior to his appointment as Coordinator of Supplemental Instruction, Mr. Graham served for over two decades in both public and private education including adjunct faculty positions at SWSU (Texas) and CSUSB.
