We suggest that college campuses and higher education organizations assemble cross-divisional teams of passionate, caring, and action-driven faculty, staff, and administrators and invite them to work, learn, and inspire each other to close equity gaps for their historically underserved students. No previous data-literacy skills are required.
Don’t have a team? No problem! You may also join the program as an individual and we will place you on a team made up of higher education professionals from different universities across the nation.
Individual registration for non-CSU participants is $1,250 (early-bird price: $1,000). For non-CSU teams of 10-15 members, we offer a special team rate of $12,000 per team (early-bird price: $10,000). Early bird rates are available with registration by May 31, 2022.

In addition to participating in our online programming, we ask teams to spend one additional hour of post-webinar team time per webinar, so they can explore how the webinar content applies to their campus or organization and start working on their data action project plan.
Participants should also count on spending another 20-30 minutes per session preparing for the webinars with pre-reading and dashboard assignments, so all in all the course requires about 20+ hours. The professional development certificate we issue at the end of the course attests to completing a 20-hour program.
Each campus team is guided through the development of a data action project in which they collaboratively develop college-, department-, or program-specific approaches aligned with their equity goals and strategic initiatives. We encourage projects that have the potential of reaching a significant number of students, with a particular focus on closing equity gaps for historically underserved students. Learn More
